Emails from Us to You:   We acknowledge receipt of an order by emailing you using the Email address you supplied. In addition, we will email you once your order ships. If you have Spam blocking on your email account, you may need to add our email, to your address book. We are not responsible for emails lost due to Spam blocking or incorrectly inputted email addresses.

Delivery:   Some of our jewelry is custom-made at time of order. Please allow 3-5 business days to make your jewelry. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours.

We now accept credit card payments through PayPal. If you would prefer not to use PayPal or have a custom order, please email me at Include a complete description of the item (style name, size, color, etc).  I will then contact you with payment information. Please remember that all personal checks will have to clear before any products will be sent.

Shipping:  Orders under $50 are shipped USPS First Class for a flat fee of $1.00. Order of $50 or more are shipped USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation, for Free.

International Orders:  Currently, orders are shipped only to addresses within the United States.

Sales Tax:  L & K beads charges sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Virginia.

Return Policy:  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within ten (10) days of receipt. Please email us at first so that we can expect your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unaltered and damage free).

A copy of your original invoice must accompany all returns. Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, which have been improperly shipped.

Resizing Policy:  There will be an $8.00 re-stringing charge (plus shipping) for any item that has to be resized due to inaccurate sizing on behalf of the customer. For help with bracelet size, please see resources.

Repair Policy:  If your piece has broken during normal usage within six (6) months, you may return it for repairs (return shipping not reimbursed). Please email us at before returning your item. Additional charges may apply if components are damaged from misuse (or improper shipping).

Plating Chipping:  Occasionally, the plating of one of the links on some of the jewelry chips off. I stand by my work, but can't control the manufacturing process. I will offer a replacement of poorly manufactured links for up to 1 year from date of purchase. If you wish to return the item, rather than replace the link(s), I offer a partial refund prorated from the date of purchase. You must return ALL crystals with the item for any refund.
