Shipping

Delivery:   Some of our products are custom-made at time of order. Please allow 3-5 business days to prepare and ship your order.

Your shipment will likely take 4-8 weeks from where I live to where you live. I’m sorry, but there really isn’t anything I can do about the slow shipping here in Mexico. I can ship FedEx, DHL or UPS and it will get to you much faster but that will be expensive.

Payment:   We accept credit card and other forms of payments through PayPal. If you would prefer not to use PayPal or have a custom order, please contact us. Include a complete description of the item (style name, size, color, etc). I will then contact you with payment information. Please remember that all personal checks will have to clear before any products will be sent.

Return Policy:  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us first so that we can expect your item and provide you with a US return address. Please do not try to mail your package back to us in Mexico, as there is no door to door delivery and if I do not know to expect the package then I will not check at the local Post Office if they are holding a package for me. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unaltered and damage free).

A copy of your original invoice must accompany all returns. Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, which have been improperly shipped. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of items.

Re-sizing Policy:  There will be an $8.00 re-stringing charge (plus shipping) for any item that has to be re-sized due to inaccurate sizing on behalf of the customer. For help with bracelet size, please see Resources.

Repair Policy:  If your piece has broken during normal usage within six (6) months, you may return it for repairs free of charge (return shipping not reimbursed). Please contact us before returning your item. Additional charges may apply if components are missing or damaged from misuse (or improper shipping). If your piece breaks after six (6) months a small repair fee may apply.

I can repair some jewelry, even if I didn’t make it, so please contact me if you have a piece that needs repair.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

I don’t normally sell to EU countries due to the shipping times, but if you do talk me into it you might find this information helpful: Buying goods online coming from a non-European Union country.

Privacy Policy

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information:

  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
